Questions and Answers

Common Inquiries

Does my dog need to be vaccinated?

Yes. For safety, we require all dogs to have up to date vaccinations against the following three diseases: distemper, infectious canine hepatitis and parvovirus. Titre tests that show an adequate level of immunity are also accepted in place of boosters. Evidence will need to be provided before you arrive for your first session.

What if I don't know if my dog has the correct vaccinations?

Evidence of the vaccinations your dog has received is usually found in their record. If you have lost this, most vets are happy to print out or email a copy of your dog's record to you. If you are still unsure, please contact us. We are always more than happy to help.

How long does field hire last?

Fifty minutes. This leaves a ten minute gap between appointments so that dogs can leave and arrive safely without crossover.

Do I need an Introductory Session?

Yes. We ask all new clients to book an introductory session for their first visit. This includes the full 50 minute field hire but vaccinations will be checked via email prior to arrival and a video of the gate system will be sent out. We are always mindful of reactive/anxious dogs and wish to create a calm and stress-free experience, for this reason we do not meet new clients at the gate.

Can I share my slot with a friend or relative?

Yes. You are more than welcome to share your session with another person and their dog/s provided all dogs visiting are socialised before arrival. You would then share the cost.

Do you allow professional hire?

Yes. For details of our professional packages please contact Kate on 07887934130 or email sammysfield@aol.com

I can no longer make my session. What should I do?

Let us know as soon as you can. We kindly request 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booking, however we will always try to accommodate changes if possible.

How much does it cost?

Introductory Sessions:
£17.50 for up to 2 dogs. £2 for each additional dog.
Field Hire:
£11 for up to 2 dogs. £2 for each additional dog.
We are sometimes able to offer block bookings for weekday slots however these are limited to ensure fair availability of sessions. To enquire about bookings contact Kate.
